Where Is Your Oil?

Where is your oil? In Matthew 25, Jesus tells a story about ten virgins waiting for the bridegroom. Five were wise and brought extra oil — five were foolish and didn’t. When the bridegroom came, only those who were ready went in with Him.

The oil represents your relationship with God — your prayer life, your obedience, your time in His presence. You can’t borrow it, you can’t fake it, and you can’t get it last minute.

So I’ll ask again… where is your oil? Are you filled with His Spirit, or are you running on empty? Because when the door closes, it’s too late to go searching. Stay ready. Keep your lamp burning. The Bridegroom is coming.
